#143571 - Using Analog Comparator in AT89C2051 |
Hello Group,
I have got the idea of the basic principal of the working of AT89C2051 analog comparator, i.e. it works with pins p1.0 & p1.1 & by reading some articles on AT89C2051, I am also able to get that the result of comparison is obtained through the p3.6 bit (this bit is set or cleared according to the result of analog comparison.).But I am stuck in the problem of reading the values of the voltages applied at the analog comparators pins because I have to display them in my application. Unlike other microcontrollers(with analog capability) which have some analog registers that stores the bit pattern corresponding to the analog voltage values, this micro do not have any such register. So how can I read these values? Can anyone provide me with the piece of code for such analog routine or can enlighten my ideas regarding the above problem? Any help in this regards is highly awaited.
