Keil C: inrenal and external code memory ?

i write program for 8955 with size above 40kb is larger of intrenal memory
in 8 source file i require run some of unit (c source file)
in internal code memory and other in external code memory
how do it ?
note: dont forget program is huge
and using "code" no good (over 125 procedure in program)
