It's not usual for the members this Forum to provide ready made code for your conveninence. Especially not, if this is a homework you are supposed to do yourself. And, you should have shown us what did you already do in this regard.

Actually, I know what did you do - you posted the same request on multiple forums - here, you already have my answer.

But, show us what you have done already, and we will give you hints and comments.

PS. Do you really want "code", i.e. something hardly readable by humans; rather than a "program"? You should SEARCH first, and not only google, search here - a C-code of a line editor using VT100 commands has been posted by me here recently.
