#144569 - interfacing contactor with mcu |
i have built a mcu based motor on/off unit. it is connected with the pc using parallel port(there are two units,one is near pc which is connected using lpt port and this device is connecting the main unit using rs485 by 75179). output from port2 is connected to 74hc540 then the output is driving 8 24v relays by uln2803.
the relays are operating well from pc. but when i am connecting a contactor to one relay and switching it on then the device is getting hanged. i have used a 24v smps unit for power supply and 7805 for geting 5v for the mcu(89s52). kindly help me solving the problem. if you need further information to help please ask. thank you |
