If implemented correctly the keyboard interface will allow for a mix of upper and lower case characters and not just upper case ones.
You should definitely do some Google searches on "AT" or "PS/2" keyboard. It is easy to find information on how the keyboard interface works and find examples of how others have written the code to communicate with the controller in the keyboard. With that information in hand you should be well on your way toward getting ready to try out creating an interface fitted to your requirements. Michael Karas |
