Change Description:
The following improvements have been implemented:
1. Optimize the operation of the internal Pierce oscillator for a faster start-up time and
higher gain.
2. Decrease Icc current consumption in the Power-Down mode when the External Clock
mode is selected.
3. Improve synchronization timing of the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) communication
channel.

Identification Method to Distinguish Change:
The “R” character in the top line on the bottom-side marking was changed to “V”.
