Hallo i am using the AT89C51TRB2 for my application that include also LCD Diplay. I send the shematic of my circuit. The stange think is that the divice work fine whe i supply with a tranformer device but when i conect with a photovoltaik, then do not do anything. Before the photovoltaik there is a switcher, if i open a close some times work !
i do not know what is the problem. In Atmel the is a circuit about burn out protection of Flash, little expencive the ic!
Could you tell me maybe from your expirience what is going on?
I have connected a elektrlitic capacitor of 1ìF between the reset pin and +5V.
