Although not very clear, I tske your answer as "not to make". I suggest you get the litterature from Wind River, CMX and anyone else that advertises RTOS in the trade press. Do not go for the oxymorons of "real time Linux" and "real time windows" , both are based on processing interrupts, not when they happen, but "reasonably real enough".
