Could you show your test circuit?
plain vanila from the uC. Slew rate pin grounded, termination disabled, a to y, b to z, 5V Vcc, 100nf decoupling. Erik PS this has worked for a year or so with a '176, just found this chip, liked the switchable termination and replaced the '176 with it. |
