Unfortunately, no C compiler to date seems to be capable of cycle counting (<shameless self-advertisement> whereas the d52 disassembler is </shameless self-advertisement>) nor do I know of a C-compiler counting the stack usage (which is a pity as it is relatively easy to accomplish at least at a single function level - SDCC guys, do you hear me? :-) ). I might be wrong though, please correct me. But, Attila, if you are going to provide the closed-source library and API as a method of using the chip, I'd say, it's your responsibility to tell at least the "time" and stack (and other resources) usage, so that the user can estimate how far he/she can go when writing the application...
