#147370 - All tested an nailed the problem Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi All
I've done some testing. And finally I've found the problem. The problem lies in the timing somehow. Althoug the simulator shows me the times should be withing spec (according to HD44870 datasheet). I've tested it on a working 8-bit board. The problem must lie in the timing. So next I'll try 4bit with RW and then maybe use a datalogger to see the time nescesaay for the LCD and program this and see if that solves the case. Or if not, see if I can adapt my schema. regards jeroen |
