Actually I wrote a test program for the RAM and I found that bit 0 was always the same that bit 1 (there was a short circuit between two pins on the CMS resistor array).

The second board has bit 4 of data bus always at '1' but I didn't found yet the reason.

The problem came from the board quality, I think our sub contractor is not used to make CMS boards.
