Very thx, I m surprised how differents are these achitecures. We used AVR at school. I m trying "run" AT89S51 because it is only one uP what i have at home now (from unsuccessful trying build ISP programer myself, before I bought programmer in shop). Very thx for all information. I thought that AVR is someting as "new" type with more FLASH,memory. Now I see that this uPs are very different. (This info should tell professors to us too :o)
