Hi Rex Ho,
Did you check CE\ from AT29C010A ? Try to put this pin in low level first and try to write and read the memory. Maybe, you must sync the OE\, PSEN\, WE\ with CE\ to prevent corrupt data in memory. (Use NAND logic port to sync them.) To avoid to write the same data in many address (0x00000, 0x10000, ..etc), put the A16 and A17 line address in low level. regards Jorge |
