All of the techniques you've mentioned are well-known and well dcoumented in textbooks, websites, etc:

  • RTD temperature measurement (you need so specify what types of "RTD");

  • PI control loop;

  • 8051 assembly language programming;

  • display on 2-line 16-characters LCD.
