#149305 - Foundations needed? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I have used code in ATMEL website ... I tried to fix it but it didn't work. I don't know why.
I found sample code of generic USB HID device, and tried to convert it to HID keyboard ... sometimes my PC hanged. Does anybody know good site or reference of HID keyboard? Having already tried two other "sites or references" without success, it looks like the problem probably lies in your (lack of) understanding of the principles - rather than the code itself. It looks like you need to spend some time laying the foundations and thoroughly understanding this USB stuff, rather than just trying to "tweak" sample code...? USB is not trivial! Jan Axelson's USB Central is a popular reference: http://www.lvr.com/usb.htm And, of course, there's http://www.usb.org |
