#149804 - datasheet Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I just purchased some 89S2051 & 89S4051 devices.
I just went through the entire 89S2051 datasheet. According to the data sheet you should use a pullup on port pins P1.0 & p1.1 if used other than for addressing. Both devices are very similar. The 89S has ISP capability, PWM, x2 option and 256 bytes of ram (the 89C has 128 bytes). There are other options as well. You should read the datasheet as brief as it is, its only 40 pages. Did you program the x2 fuse correctly? Did you program the XTAL OSC bypass correctly? |
