So, you have increased the clock speed, decreased the pullup current, and now it doesn't work ?
"Timing isn't critical" doesn't mean you should try to run everything as fast as possible. Perhaps you should follow his example exactly until you get that working, or you know exactly what you are doing. Do you have an oscilloscope ? If so then you should look at those clock and data lines for the correct response from the slave. |
