The 805x is a single-chip microcomputer, while the Z80 is a microprocessor. The Z80 has no on-board memory, either ROM or RAM, nor has it any on-chip I/O. The Z80 has a von Neumann architecture while the 805x has a Harvard architecture.

Naturally, the instruction sets are quite different.

The Z180 series is VERY different from the Z80 as well.

You need to spend some time reading the various datasheets.
