Dear all,
I have a system in which the heater mesh, K-type thermocouple,amplifier with 100 gain and of course coldjunction compensation. The output of the ampliefer is given to ADC, uC. Here I am using proportional control to control the temperature. My setpoint is 200 degree C. The temperature reaches to 200 within 6-7 seconds at full power. How to decide the Proportional Band and the time for each scan? Please throw some light. JPRao |
