Next problem:
We are have a T89C51Rx2 (Atmel Wireless) chip.
Set bit 3 in HSB and EA=High.
Proccessor must run program, stored in internal ROM - but no execution happend. (if EA=Low, or not connected - all ok)
In same condition chip P89C51Rx2 (Phillips) worked valid.

This is bug?
