You are right. We tried and had two big problems:

you can only acces 2k at once

and the timing gets very critical

I want to set up a bootloader system but I think it will take at least till december when i can realy start. (I do this for my plesure).

So I think for code you need some extra RAM that has
-PSEN NAND -RD on -OE
