i tried this problem several times but i couldn't do it can u pls help me to do this

1). Draw a flow chart to represent the algorithm to divide 16 bit counter value (TH1TL1) by 54 (assume counter value as
FFH < counter value <FFFFH)?

2).Also can u pls tell me the difference between functional block diagram and flow chart? (actually what is functional block diagram?)
iknow this things are elementry....but still i'm new to this
