Hi guys,
I'm starting a project with a at89s8253 and a AT45DB041D as extern memory. I've read the spec's and aplication notes and have some questions. On the 8253 side there are some bits to control the behavour of the interface. DORD, CPOL and CPHA: What setting should I choose ? SPR0 and SPR1: What setting should I choose ? The higest speed or else On the at45db041d side there is no mention of these bits. they use SPI mode 0 and 3. What are SPI modes ? Has anyone done some interfacing between at89s8253 and AT45DB041D, or SPI on the 8253 in general All help will be greatly apreciated. Have a nice day Robert |
