#153676 - you need to read the datasheet
Responding to: ???'s previous message
there are two things different with the ports in the SILabs chips
1) they do not, in quasi-bidirectional, have the 'brief' strong pullup
2) the ports are configurable

So to make this work bidirectionally you must configure the 330 port as quasi-bidirectional and
a) go VERY slow -or-
b) have some external pullups

there may also be an extermely convoluted way to do it involving port configuration change of the 330; however that would require two more signal pins (request transmit and transmit grasnted) in addition to 'strobe' and 'ack'.

also with only bidirectional 'strobe' and 'ack' (if that is what you have - your post is not clear on that point) you have a collision risk.

If you have tried this with the 330 ports configured as push-pull you must replace both chips they are either
x) destroyed - or-
y) have a very short lifetime left
