Kai,many thanks for clearing my doubts.I think those 68K-22nF in parallel are BLEEDING my crude DAC since precision is probably not important here but PWM shapes because after all we are going to amplify it in later stage/s.
I do not like the sound of cellphone ring tones.Actually I was christened to audio by Mullard Valve Amplifiers and my ear prefers bassy music.Kindly suggest corner frequencies accordingly and suitable filters for musical notes.I would love to have roundish(smooth, spherical Fender type) tones and later attack, decay, and sustain.

Well, this 22nF cap helps to suppress the highest harmonics of square/sawtooth output signal, which makes the signal sounding a bit more smooth and round. A compromise must be found, though, because too much low pass filtering can make the music sounding tubby and muffled. May be a higher order low pass filter can help for a better compromise?
To get more bass I would recommend a slightly bigger output cap, 330µF instead of 220µF. You could also increase the remaining 22nF cap to 47nF. Datasheet of LM386 mentions a bass boost configuration. Richard also talked about this issue. May be you should give this bass boost a chance?

I am using 1.5",8 Ohms,0.4 Watt speakers and 300 mA transformers.

Put this speaker in a closed box to increase the sound pressure, especially at low frequencies! Or put it in the middle of a plate, 30cm x 30cm. Experiment with various types and brands of loadspeakers!

With TL072P,how much output is expected? Are you suggesting a power amp later?

The TL072 is only an OPamp, not proividing any relevant power to the speaker. It's only to fabricate the sound before it's amplified.
A power amp later might be a good idea. Depends on what you want to fill with sound...
