It may say it has an "internal oscillator" not an internal crystal. In this case that means the circuit for the oscillator is internal (just add a crystal and caps).
"MAZDI book" may or may not mean something to some people, or not. Some newer 8052 variants may contain a compensated RC oscillator. |
