#154100 - Very bad news! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
A gadget working on the living room desk but refusing to work in an industrial environment is very bad news. It can mean, that you must start from scratch again.
It's best to give us a series of photos, showing your gadget in the application, with all cables. A schematic and the layout, as well. With a bit luck a change of cable routing or the introduce of filters can do the trick. Part 1 of testing and investigating: How looks the supply voltage in front of and behind the 5V-regulator? Connect the ground tip of osci directly to the ground pin of regulator for that measurment. Can you see any spikes or other strange perfromance? Kai PS: Eliminate that stupid RC-reset. It's entirely unsuited for a flash micro. The simple RC-reset is suspected of destroying the code memory content, because it doesn't provide any reset on power down! |
