As u said in 2nd para "MCU donot return from the IAP routine till write is complete"(this is true in my case); hence no need of longer delay (still i already have a delay of abt 245ms after each write).

also if i write 0xE100 right after 0xE000; it is working fine(even w/o 245ms delay) but writing of 0xE001 after 0xE000 is having problem.
