I use P89c51rd2 DIP40 or AT89c51rd2 DIP 40 for some projects.
and i can not find now the chip in the market. Someone propose to me P89V51RD2 for replacement. But i programed with the same hec as P89C51RD2 and did not work Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance |
