Try searching for "sorting" or "sorting algorithms" (without the quotes). You'll get lots and lots of hits that compare and contrast the various methods of sorting and explain the tradeoffs between them. A few I looked at had little graphical graphical demonstrations of the algorithms in action, and some had working code examples. -- Russ |
