#154834 - Problem with NVRAM - DS12887 |
Hello everybody,
Is there anybody worked with DS12887(NVRAM part) for some reason it seems my RAM doesn't hold any data, I'm doing project on development (bread board like) board. I used to put data on RAM using one 8051 IC then switch off the circuit then again put different 8051/8052 and run another program which will read NVRAM and will manipulate it however NVRAM used to be loaded successfully but when I put another IC its some garbage there (I've put all the data on serial and saw the content). Have anybody faced similar problem, Can anybody help me Thanks a lot in advance |
