If you are hobbyst and can afford $639 buy development board uCAN2 from Systronix (www.systronix.com). At least until you get use with micro and then try manufacture your own board.
The board price is $349. Up to $639 is the price for assembler which support the 8MB contiguous memory address. If you program in C and have the last Keil Vision, buy only the board, since Keil support the 8MB too.
You will receive the schematics of the board, too.
