I am use a msc1210evm board

I have been instructed to use C specificaly because other designers arn't fimilar with machine level language.(simple enough i thought)

I have used the #include <reg51.h> but am having problem using SCON.

I simply want to know how to control a specific register location using C.

I keep end up creating varibles named SCON and SM0_0 instead of actually controling the register location and bits.

I would love any help
