Working with Graphic LCDs calls for a very clear understanding of the way each pixel is controlled. ( OK agreed a clear understanding is a MUST to make anything work but its a shade more here compared to the regular 1x16 or 2x16 modules )
I had worked with a Samsung model that was easily available a few years back - not sure about it now. Anyway you can check out this basic demo program for the KS0108 drivers here : http://www.8052.com/codelib/1...20demo.asm If you decide to use this then I have some nice programs for generating the fonts etc. Let me know if you need them.
