#156494 - SiLabs TCP/IP wiz cannot send ping Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Unfortunately, SiLabs TCP/IP wiz (customized CMX stack) cannot send ping, though it responds to ping from outside. On this version, the function is deleted from the original CMX stack. Recovery is not so easy because replacement of the library functions is required. Rather, uIP implementation is recommended.
As Michael pointed out, Dallas/Maxim DS80C400/410/411 supports ping by its embedded ROM library. Tsuneo |
