#15703 - RE: uC For Variable Voltage Power Supply |
To Peter,
The idea was that the 2051 will emitt the pulse (acting as a variable frequency oscillator) that controll the transistor on/off. The output of these tansistor will drive a voltage triple (made with capacitors and diodes). Because the frequency is variable so is the output of the voltage triple. The main idea of 3 steps voltage transformation was that (in my opinion, maybe i'm not right or do not have much expirience in high voltage controlling system) controlling low voltage is much easier than high voltage. Is there any other kind of simple voltage controlling system utilizing uC that meet my criteria ? About the saturating Transformator, will it help if, for example : i use trafo with 3 A rate (with the 12V rate use with 36V), that i will only use 20 mA. Will it be saturated also or not ? If it still saturated, what do You suggest ? Thank You. NB: Sorry i haven't finished make the circuit diagram. |
