#157498 - Windows bug Responding to: ???'s previous message |
with Win XP SP2 Another possibility is Windows bug. "A USB device that is connected to a USB 2.0 hub is not detected in Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, or Windows Server 2003 x64 versions" on MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892050/en-us If your device works when it is directly connected to the PC USB port without any hub, the fact proves that the problem is caused by the Windows bug. This bug was fixed on XP SP3 Tsuneo |
