#15859 - RE: baud rates with 89c55 |
I had some troubles:
1. I have two different 8052 emulators, one is based on 80515, other is based on 89c8252. I tried to initialize 9600baud at 12MHz. 80515 has built-in baud generator (flag BD) and baud rate cannot be set using timer2. 89c8252 doesn't have baud generator built-in, so using timer2 is only option to obtain 9600 baud at 12MHz.
