Hello ranjit,


your timer initialization is incorrect, you are setting up timer1 in mode2 auto-reload mode and loading values for timer0,

change ; MOV TMOD,#20H to >>>> MOV TMOD,#01H ( TIMER0 IN 16BIT MODE) or >>>>> MOV TMOD,#02H ( TIMER0 IN MODE 2- 8 BIT AUTO RELOAD)
