SIR,actually i am doing a project on tachometer as my college's mini project.But there is a problem!I am using a phototransistor L14F1 for sensing purpose n then the o/p is fed to 89c2051 through an op amp.i am not understanding how to use the transistor i.e. the switching of transistor from on to off is not taking place instead its getting heated up a lot!pls guide me its urgent! |
