So, for examples, you're just going to have to look at RTX51 Tiny: http://www.keil.com/support/m...amples.htm However, your post suggests that you are just starting with this - yes? If so, are you sure that you want to start on something that's already discontinued...?! Aside: Maybe this is part of ARM's masterplan to move people "up" from "lesser" processors to ARMs...? There would be some sense in it: If your project really needs an OS, then it probably shouldn't be done on an 8051 - and an ARM would probably be a better choice...
