Hello,
Try Hamburg (D) University site. I have found 3 VHDL sources for 8051 (plus or minus complete, more minus than plus) : Dalton (for synthesis) Mayer (minor conversions for synthesis) A 3rd (I don't remember here exactly the title) witch gives a comportemental architecture of 8051's core (CPU) without ports found also at Hamburg site.
