you will have to map out each assembly routine, one by one.
So tell you boss you can do it BUT it will take many months and is your boss prepared for this time/cost? Also some area's for code... may be tables of data. A strong knowledge of hardware, the cpu and external components is required. A strong knowledge of 80c51 assemble language and core is required. Do you know if the original program was written in C OR ASM? Joe |
