#161201 - 3V3 a must Responding to: ???'s previous message |
These EzLCD-004 displays were purchased before I got involved in the project so I am forced to use them.
Don't get me wrong - these displays are "sweet" and easy to program but they work off of a 5V power supply and all of the data comm to and from the display is 3V3 maximum. Something like the HC245 was my first choice but they take up more board space than a 8 pin dual gate (buffer) would - unfortunately I can't find a one package 2 gate buffer. |
