#16131 - Memory Corruption-SOORYA |
dear members...
i am using 62256 RAM to store data's with battery backup. inspite of using DS1232 power supervisor, the data get corrupted often. i use nand to eneable chip with A15 and DS1232 combination. still i could not undersatnd the problem. any tip to protect my data from these corruption... tell me some new ideas... thanks soorya soorya@vsnl.com |
