Open the INF file and look typically at the end of the file you'll see something like:

USB\VID_XXXXX>>>>>>>>>>>XXXXXX= "USB Composite Device"

Obviously I just made the name up within the " "

Just change it to whatever you want it say. I think you may have to uninstall from the device manager so that you can reload the driver. When you do, point windows to this .inf file location and then windows will report it as whatever you modified that string to.
