Mostly with high resource MCS-51..(i.e Silabs or High speed MCU)
While I think to have heard that there is some '51 derivative(s) with "extended stack space" I have not heard of a '51 RTOS that takes advantage of it. Even a fast '51 derivative will spend more time saving and restoring the stack, that actually doing some "real work" Erik |
