#161831 - Cannot write to Line2 of an LCD |
Hello all
I have interfaced an 8051 to a 2 x 40 LCD display. I can write characters to Row1 only. I have tried many variations of my code in order for characters to appear on Row2. I have also declared in my code, that the LCD is a 2 line module. I have used this site for information and code. The code is superb except I still cannot write to line 2. I am trying to write to line 2 for a full month now and its driving me mad. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I can forward my code and schematic layout to anyone who can help.
