the Total Vce saturation voltage is Vbe of first (high current) transistor plus Vce of second.
the saturation voltage of the 'second' (high current carrying) transistor is the same as the Vce of any single transistor. However, at 6A there will still (most likely) be the need for a heatsink. Erik |
